Best Exercise To Reduce Waist Size

How does a 14 year old get into perfect shape?

I just turned 14 and have decided that I want my body to look like a supermodels. I am currently 5’7(almost 5’8) and weigh about 120 pounds. What are the best exercises I can do to remove body fat and fat around the hips and tighten my stomach? Also how do I decrease my waist size quickly and is it possible to increase my bust size. I started going to the gym about 2 days and have been working out for about 4 hours each day. The exercises i did include running on the treadmill for about Half an hour and then walking some more as well as a ton of other exercises. I also started eating healthier and have cut off candy and junkfood completely. Am I on the right track for getting rid of body fat and for reducing my waistline? Also, are there any other exercises I should be doing and if not in how long should I expect results if I keep going to the gym and eating healthy?

Firstly i can’t help if i don’t know what sex you are but men and women want different things at the gym . It will be harder if your a man though . I’ll assume your a chick emma watson basically don’t go for 4 hours straight if all your doing is cardio then go for about 1 hour and Run around 20 minutes of high intensity cardio. If you run to long it can have negative effects . Drink a gallon of water a day , i’d recommend using gatorade during your workouts to replenish sugars and keep you going better than water . Eat a big breakfast and small meals throughout the day . Pretty much if you do enough cardio you could in theory eat whatever you want. But Get protein , and carbs into your diet .

Your doing pretty good just run at high entensity and work less time. Also mix in some light weight training to tone up your arms and legs a little . What you should do is workout your body with light weights first for maybe 10-20 minutes stick to 5 pounds at first and don’t go over 20 pounds on anything except your legs. Once your done with that your primed for Fat Loss on the treadmill
