Effect Of Exercise On Skeletal Muscles

Biology Help, please??

Explain The Effect Of Exercise on blood flow to skeletal muscles.

The blood flow increases, but I don’t know why or how to explain it.

Any kind of exercise uses energy and oxygen. This needs to be provided for by something and that is done by blood. Blood carries all nutrients and oxygen to every single part of the body, so the muscles, that are under stress get the necessary amount of energy. During exercise the need for energy and oxygen is greater as the activity is harder, so the heart starts pumping a lot faster, you start breathing a lot faster, so you can supply the lungs and thus the blood with enough oxygen, so that the blood can make it fast enough to the muscles with enough oxygen.

A very simple explanation of a more complex thing, but this is essentially what happens and why it happens.
