Effective Exercises To Lose Belly Fat
Dieting / exercising 101…How to lose belly fat?
So basically…
I’m 20 years old, gained about 20 lbs since high school. I’m 5’3″ and weigh about 140lb currently.
I don’t care how much I weigh, but I definitely want to lose some excess fat. Lately my arms and calves have slimmed down because of working a lot.
I’m focused on slimming down my belly, thighs, and butt.
I very tight on money and can’t afford expensive healthy/organic foods, I don’t cook well, I need food that I can take to work, I don’t eat red meat or fish.
I also have no access to a gym or equipment, my neighborhood is kinda ghetto so I don’t feel comfortable running in it, and don’t have too much time to exercise.
So my questions are…
What kind of foods are quick, easy and healthy that I can make for my meals and snacks?
What type of exercises are quick, yet effective, and I can do at home?
And I absolutely love chocolate, yogurt, orange juice, and noodles…is it possible for me to keep these in my diet?

ok so pretty much as for the cooking, eating, no money, no place to workout we are in EXACTLY the same boat lol. So im going to tell you what I have found that works best for me. First off is the food…..you can most deff. keep those foods in your diet. I get greek yogurt because I have been told my a nurse it is the best for you and is very good for you, I however unlike you HATE yogurt alone soooo I get DARK chocolate chips and put a few in. Makes it very good and makes for a GREAT breakfast. orange juice is great for you just make sure you get a brand that is not loaded with extra sugar as for the noodles….well there is no getting around that unless your someone that likes wheat noodles(I can’t stand them) they are going to be bad for you when your trying to lost weight…but that’s not reason not to ever eat them. Just don’t eat them more then say once a week and watch what you put on them( very little butter and salt and no white sauce). As for the rest cut out soda totally that’s a big part of losing weight and try very hard to limit stuff like ice cream and other sweets. Add fruits and vegg. and a lot of water and your good ex. snacks try oranges and plums and carrots and light ranch dressing. OK so now on to working out. I also have no place to run and no gym or anything close to my house. I have found work out dvds work wonders. You will be so shocked by the kind of workout they will give you!!! Try some kick boxing ones and I LOVE the pussy cat doll dance workout (don’t laugh its lots of fun and you use every part of your body in such fun ways) My favorite is called piloxing. Its $15 on amazon.com and worth EVERY PENNY!!!
