Does it really matter what time of day you exercise?

Does what time you exercise effect the results you’ll get from working out? As long as you exercise every day and get a good 60 minute workout, does it matter when?

You are to chose the time do your exercise when you have maximum strength in you. There are different type of exercise so it is not possible to say what will effect? In simple way exercise works when muscle get damaged, when nervous system get excited and hormones response.

Again duration and days are depends on type of exercise. For muscle building don;t do more than 3 times a week but for cardio or fat reduction you can do 6 days maximum and the duration of your work out depends on your tolerances and physical condition. For exercise also single size does not suits to all.
