Effective Lower Ab Exercises
I need Exercises To get rid of lower belly fat–like under the belly button PLEASE?
I’m thin, 108lbs 5’4” and 15 years old. I take 3 dance classes a week–great cardio. I eat right and I never have fast food or sodas. I have been trying to get rid of my belly fat for years. I’m embarrassed to wear bikinis because of this, and I will do ANYTHING to get rid of this belly fat!!
What are the best lower ab exercises, and how often should i do them for the most effective results? I really want a flat stomach by next summer.
